I’m a full time Trainer and Business Agility coach and consultant working with mostly fortune 100 clients and a few startups! I live in New Jersey near Philadelphia with my wife and daughter.

Kanban and Product Management are two of my passions and i’m currently building a Lean Software Development course for developers and non developers which combines ProKanban classes and practical, hands on, technical practices from Extreme Programming (XP)

I’m a founding board member of the Agile Uprising and a regular co-host of the podcast.
